What we collect and why
- Your email to us: your name, email address, company and the details you choose to send. We use them to reply and, if you instruct us, to provide our services and keep the records the law requires.
- Website visits: our host, Vercel, processes the technical data every web request needs (such as IP address and browser) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also count page views with Vercel Web Analytics: the page address, referring site, country, and browser and device type. It uses no third-party cookies, and the visitor hash it uses is discarded after 24 hours (Vercel).
We do not use cookies or advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Who sees it, where and for how long. Our team and the providers that handle it for us (our email provider and our website host), which may store data in other countries. Authorities only where the law requires. We keep correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry or the service, and longer only where the law requires.
