Notarised/ Apostille Service

To make your documents valid across borders, you need notarization and apostille!

Introduction:

In an era of increasingly frequent international exchanges, the effectiveness of documents between different countries has become a major issue. To ensure that the document is recognized and accepted abroad, you need “notarization” and “Hague certification”. These two procedures can add legal validity to your documents and make your cross-border affairs smoother.

Why do we need notarization and apostille?

  •  Confirm the authenticity of the document: The notary will confirm the identity of the signatory of the document and the authenticity of the document content to avoid problems such as forged documents.
  • Improve document credibility: Notarized documents are more credible and more easily accepted by foreign institutions.
  • Simplified certification procedures: Hague certification simplifies the process of cross-border document certification and avoids cumbersome paperwork.

Which documents can be apostille?

  • Personal documents: birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, education certificate, power of attorney, etc.
  •  Business documents: Articles of incorporation, business contracts, business registration certificates, financial statements, etc.
  •  Legal documents: court judgments, litigation documents, arbitration documents, etc.

Hague Apostille Process

  1.  Document Notarization: Send the document to a local notary public for notarization.
  2. Court certification: Send the notarized document to the court for certification.
  3. Authentication by the Consular Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Send the court-authenticated documents to the Consular Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for authentication.
